Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registration fee: Registration payments are refundable within 7 days of payment, provided no roster placement has been finalized. After roster finalization, refunds are reviewed case-by-case.

Gear: Gear is not charged during registration checkout. Gear is invoiced later after staff review; any gear cancellation windows will be provided with that invoice.

To request a cancellation or refund review, contact WWYC support with athlete name, household email, and payment date.
