WWYC collects parent/guardian, athlete, and emergency contact details solely for registration, roster management, and payment processing.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe Checkout, not stored by WWYC servers.
Registration and account data are stored in Supabase for operations and support.
Data is used for registration administration, communications, and billing support.
